- It must be in its original packaging, with all accessories (if any).
- The customer bears the shipping costs in case of replacement, whether domestically or internationally.
- In case of a defect or manufacturing fault, we bear all shipping costs and guarantee to compensate you in the best possible way.
Cases where replacement is not possible:
- If the product has been tailored according to your request or with specific measurements and specifications.
- If damage resulted from misuse or storage.
- If more than 7 days have passed since the date of receipt.
- For products that are non-returnable by nature, such as digital products or download files.
Second: Return Policy
We understand that your opinion may change, so you are allowed to return the order within 7 days from the date of receipt according to the following conditions:
Return Conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition without use.
- It must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- The store has the right to inspect the product before accepting the return request.
- The customer bears all return shipping costs, whether domestically or internationally.
- In case of a defect or manufacturing fault, we will cover all expenses and refund the full amount.
Cases where return is not possible:

- If the product was damaged due to misuse.
- After more than 7 days from your receipt of the product.

- We apologize for not accepting any replacement or return request that does not meet the above conditions.
- Discounted products during offers and sales cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
